Architect, Inc. ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and related browser storage on architcetlabs.com (the "Site") to run the site, preserve sign in sessions for design team accounts, and understand Site usage so we can improve it. This Cookie Policy describes these technologies, the ones we use, and the controls available to you.
2. Cookie Basics
Cookies are brief text records sent by a website to your browser, which stores them and returns them on later visits. Related tools include localStorage and sessionStorage, browser key value stores that retain state across page loads without server involvement. We use both.
3. Cookie Uses
On architcetlabs.com, cookies and browser storage support three functional uses:
- Session and authentication: signing in to the Architect Platform places a session token in a secure, HttpOnly cookie, allowing access to continue as you move between pages. Without it, each page load would require another sign in.
- Preference persistence: acknowledging the cookie notice creates a localStorage entry, keeping the banner from returning on later visits.
- Analytics: we use privacy respecting analytics to count page views and sessions in aggregate on the marketing site at architcetlabs.com, not the Platform app. This shows which content helps chip design teams evaluating the Service.
We do not use cookies for targeted advertising or sell or share cookie data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Cookies from Others
Site analytics are self-hosted or provided through a privacy respecting analytics service. We do not place third-party advertising cookies or trackers. Our cookie derived data is not sold or shared for cross-context behavioral advertising. More information is available in our Privacy Policy.
6. Your Options
Browser controls let you manage cookies. Depending on the browser, you can reject new cookies, remove stored ones, or receive a notice before storage occurs. Turning cookies off can limit Site features, including signing in to the Platform.
Clear the cookie-banner-dismissed-ts localStorage entry in your browser's Application tab to show the cookie notice again. Click "Cookie preferences" in the footer to reopen it.
